 If you can't spend much time in Portugal or have better or more rewarding things to do than search out somewhere to buy, then you could consider taking advantage of our House-Hunting-Service. Just fill in our questionnaire and we will set to the task of finding properties in the area you want, at a price, that we believe will correspond to your needs. We will personally visit the properties, take detailed notes and photos, and send them on to you for viewing before you make the trip to visit our selection.Once you are in Portugal, we will set up viewing appointments and accompany you on those visits. If you decide to buy one of the properties, you then have the possibility to deal directly with the developer or estate agent.In fact as we are your loyal representative and know the national language and traditions it is likely that we manage to negotiate even a better price. We are not not affiliated with any estate agents or developers and will provide unbiased help. |
